With a certain degree of trepidation, I decided to buy a property in the old town of Fethiye and renovate it. However, due to the efficient, calm and friendly service provided by Premier Estates, everything went through without a hitch.
The legal side of buying a property was explained in detail and all documents were translated into English, reliable and binding estimates of renovation costs were provided, advice on materials and design was extensive and imaginative and the building work, plumbing, carpentry etc. which was all completed punctually is of an extremely high standard.
