On your behalf we can pay utility bills, property taxes and carry out minimum weekly property checks. If any repairs are required we provide a competitive quote, if the quote is accepted then we will oversee the work.

If you have purchased a property and wish to rent it out, we can act as your local representative dealing with any local problems such as replenishing gas supplies, arranging emergency repairs (or cleaning!) and generally being a local point of contact. If required, we can also act as a keyholder and provide welcome packs for your guests upon their arrival.
